Operation of Counterbalanced Walking Stacker
The operation of the Counterbalanced Walking Stacker is as follows:
1. Preparation before operation:
- Check the tyres, brakes, oil lines, electric circuits and other parts of the equipment to ensure that they are working properly.
- Evaluate the weight and dimensions of the goods and confirm that they are in accordance with the carrying capacity of the equipment.
- Check whether the ground and road in the stacking area are level to avoid safety problems during transport and stacking.
2. Stacking operation:
- Drive the counterbalanced walk-behind stacker to the side of the load and insert the forks under the load.
- Start the forklift truck, lift the goods to a certain height and stop.
- Move the forklift to the target position and lower the load smoothly.
- Remove the forks and return the forklift truck to the starting position.
3. Transport operation:
- Similar to the stacking operation, first drive the forklift truck to the side of the load and insert the forks under the load.
- Start the forklift truck and lift the load to a certain height.
- Move the forklift truck to the target position and then lower the goods smoothly.
- Remove the forks and return the forklift truck to the starting position.
